Privacy Policy — Moven

1. Introduction

Cortexia ("we", "our"), operator of Moven, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.

2. Data We Collect

Account data:

  • Full name and email address upon registration.
  • Contact information (phone, WhatsApp) entered voluntarily.

Billing data:

  • Payments are processed entirely by our payment processor (dLocal Go). We do not store credit or debit card data. We only keep a reference to the status of your subscription.

Listing data:

  • Information about published properties: title, description, price, photos, location, and publisher contact details.

Automatic data:

  • IP address, browser type, pages visited, searches performed, date and time of access.
  • Session identifiers and authentication tokens.

3. Use of Data

We use your data to:

  • Create and manage your account.
  • Publish and display your property listings.
  • Process and manage your subscription.
  • Send you transactional communications about your account.
  • Improve the platform and analyze its use.
  • Comply with legal and tax obligations.

4. Sharing Information

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share information only with:

  • Our payment processor (dLocal Go): to process subscription transactions.
  • Infrastructure providers: servers and technical services that allow us to operate the platform, under confidentiality agreements.
  • Competent authorities: when required by law or court order.

5. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data:

  • Encrypted communications via HTTPS/TLS.
  • Secure storage with encryption at rest.
  • Restricted access to personal data by our team.

6. Data Retention

  • Account and listing data: retained for the duration of your account and up to 30 days after its deletion.
  • Billing data and transaction records: retained for 5 years to comply with tax and accounting obligations applicable in Paraguay.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: request a copy of your personal data.
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion: request the deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Portability: receive your data in a portable format.

We use:
