Terms and Conditions — Moven

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Moven platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any of these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Moven is a real estate listings platform that allows property owners, agents, and real estate agencies to publish property listings for sale through a monthly recurring subscription model. The platform is operated by Cortexia, a Paraguayan software company.

3. Registration and Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the service.
  • You must provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.
  • You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • One account per person; transferring or assigning accounts is prohibited.

4. Subscription and Payments

  • Access to listing publications requires an active monthly subscription, according to the chosen plan.
  • Payments are processed by our payment processor (dLocal Go). Moven does not store credit or debit card data.
  • The subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly period using the registered payment method.
  • In case of payment failure, access may be suspended until payment is regularized.
  • We reserve the right to modify plan prices with a minimum of 30 days' prior notice by email.

5. Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds once the subscription has been activated. Upon subscribing, the user immediately accesses the digital service, so payment is considered fully executed.

  • You may cancel the automatic renewal at any time from your user panel.
  • After cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of the already paid period.

6. User Content

  • You are solely responsible for the content you publish on the platform.
  • It is strictly prohibited to publish:
    • False, non-existent, or misleading property listings.
    • Properties you do not have legal rights to advertise.
    • Illegal, offensive, discriminatory content or content that violates third-party rights.
  • We reserve the right to remove without notice any listing that violates these rules, and to suspend the corresponding account.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The platform, its design, code, trademarks, and proprietary materials are the exclusive property of Cortexia.
  • The user retains all rights to the content they publish (photos, descriptions) but grants Cortexia a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Moven is an intermediary platform. We are not a party to transactions between owners, agents, and interested parties.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, truthfulness, or legality of content published by third parties.
  • We are not responsible for losses or damages arising from transactions between users.

9. Cancellation and Plan Change

  • The user may cancel their subscription at any time from the user panel.
  • There is no option to switch or migrate plans directly. If you wish to subscribe to a different plan, you must cancel your current subscription and subscribe to the new plan once the already paid period has ended.
  • Cortexia may suspend or cancel accounts that violate these Terms, without any refund obligation.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the current terms.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the city of Santa Rita, Paraguay.
